Epistemological overconfidence… Well, isn’t that rich, considering many atheists (who try to claim some sort of moral foundation) have a hard time rationally justifying their own epistemology. Skepticism kills it dead every time.
Philosophical skepticism of the kind you speak of ‘kills’ all rational thought, all reason, all logic, all cerebral activity including religion. Gee, isn’t that a useful school of thought!
